  • Bio

    Eric’s journey in the home improvement industry began in 2007, working side by side with his father, Charlie, in Waldorf, Maryland. What started as a small, hands-on family operation quickly grew through hard work, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to doing right by every homeowner they served. Those early years built the foundation of the company’s values: honesty, craftsmanship, and personal accountability.


    A lifelong Maryland resident, Eric was born and raised in the state and has always taken pride in serving the communities he grew up around. Today, he leads the company from its home base in Crofton, Maryland, continuing the family legacy while bringing his own level of precision and professionalism to every project.


    As the owner of this family-operated business, Eric personally meets with every new homeowner and prepares each estimate himself. He believes clear communication and transparency from the very beginning are essential, taking the time to walk through project details, answer questions, and ensure every client feels confident moving forward.


    From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Eric remains your direct point of contact. He oversees material ordering, coordinates deliveries, and manages scheduling to keep each project running smoothly and on track. His hands-on involvement in every phase is what maintains the high standards the company is known for.


    Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time on the pickleball court, competing with friends in fantasy football leagues, or relaxing by the pool with his two dogs, Leia and Luke.

Jenn

  • Bio

    Jennifer is a lifelong Maryland resident, born and raised in the state she proudly continues to serve today. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, bringing a strong educational foundation and strategic mindset to the family business.


    As the controller of the family-owned company, Jennifer oversees the financial strategy and operational structure that keep the business strong, stable, and positioned for long-term growth. Working alongside her husband, Eric, she plays a key role in guiding the direction of the company and ensuring every decision is supported by sound systems, accountability, and integrity.


    While her primary focus is financial leadership, Jennifer’s role extends far beyond the numbers. She helps shape internal processes, supports team operations, and ensures that every moving part of the company works together seamlessly. In a family-run business, leadership is handson, and Jennifer takes pride in being a steady force behind the scenes—strengthening the foundation that allows both projects and client relationships to thrive.


    Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time on the pickleball court, participating in book club with friends, attending or hosting gatherings with family and friends, and of course relaxing by the pool with her two dogs, Luke and Leia.

Britney

  • Bio

    Britney is a lifelong Maryland resident who plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the family business running smoothly. As Office Manager, she works closely with Jennifer to support the company’s financial and administrative operations while also collaborating with her cousin, Eric, to help keep projects organized and communication running seamlessly.


    Her responsibilities span a wide range of operations, from managing company bookkeeping and coordinating administrative tasks to welcoming clients and overseeing the company’s social media presence. Britney helps ensure projects stay organized, communication remains clear, and homeowners feel supported throughout every stage of the process. While much of her work happens in the office, Britney can often be found visiting job sites to capture before, during, and after project photos, document the team’s craftsmanship, and share the progress of each project across the company’s social media platforms.


    Being part of a family-owned and operated business is something Britney takes pride in. She values the relationships the company builds with homeowners and enjoys contributing to the positive, personal experience clients have when working with the team.


    Outside of work, Britney is a dedicated animal lover and advocate. She has eight rescue dogs of her own and volunteers with Jailbreak Husky Rescue in Colorado, supporting their mission to rescue and rehome huskies in need.
