One of our upcoming projects is currently on hold as we coordinate with Tesla for the removal of the homeowner’s solar panels.

Once completed, we’ll move forward with a full roofing system including:

• Full tear-off down to the deck
• GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (Pewter Gray)
• GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment
• Ice & water shield at all critical areas
• Installation of new Sun-Tek skylights (Low-E glass)
• Ridge vent system for proper ventilation

This project will be backed by a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty (25-year labor, lifetime material), ensuring long-term protection and performance.

We’re also completing a full roofing system using premium GAF materials designed for durability and performance:

• GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ shingles (Charcoal)
• GAF WeatherWatch ice & water shield
• GAF Tiger Paw underlayment
• ProStart starter shingles & Seal-A-Ridge caps
• Snow Country ridge vent system

This system includes a Golden Pledge Warranty with up to 50-year material coverage and 30-year labor, providing one of the strongest warranties available.

Another project underway includes a full window and door upgrade using ProVia Endure vinyl systems, focused on energy efficiency and long-term performance.

Scope includes:

• Removal of 5 windows and 2 sliding glass doors
• Conversion of door openings into 4 tempered picture windows

 We recently completed a full exterior door upgrade using ProVia Legacy and Endure systems, focusing on security, durability, and appearance.

Scope included:

• Replacement of front entry, garage, basement, and sliding doors

• New ProVia Endure sliding glass door (foam-filled for efficiency)
• Installation of 3 storm doors with double closers

All doors were installed with matching hardware, keyed systems, and finished with new trim and exterior wrapping.

One of our larger ongoing projects is a full exterior renovation for the American Legion in Severna Park, MD. This project includes siding, windows, decking, and gutters — a complete building upgrade.

Siding Installation

• Full removal of existing siding, soffit, gutters, and trim

• CertainTeed CertaPlank siding (foam-backed, white)
• New soffit system with hidden venting

Deck Construction

• Full tear-down of existing deck
• New 10x6 landing with steps (22-step system)
• Built to county code with permits and inspections
• Pressure-treated framing and decking

Gutter System
